TRAINING / TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Training and technical support will be available through our web portal with comprehensive documentation in a downloadable PDF file format. Upon taking receipt of your new HERC system, a one day multi point inspection and operational walk thru will be conducted on site by our staff to ensure an optimal level of expertise is attained.

Areas covered will include, Towing/transport, set-up, operational environment considerations, recovery, storage, and maintenance requirements.

Other training such as scenario driven exercises and technical workshops are available to host agencies and will be posted for enrollment on our training web site.
